The Team Building Party Package – $100 deposit

What does this cover?

  • studio fee’s for up to 12 people (does not include pottery)
  • reserves the party area for 2 hours
  • provides dedicated staff member to run your party, start to finish

 

 

 

 

 

 

Team Building Parties at-a-glance:
  • 8-12 painters
    If there are not at least 8 painters, the party host will pay for eight bisque items.
  • $100 deposit covers up to 12 painters’ studio fees (all paint needed, techniques, glazing, & firing)
  • 15% gratuity is added to the final party bill
  • A dedicated staff member to assist with the party from start to finish
  • Party host arrives at least 30 minutes prior to party start time to select bisque pieces and set up any decorations
  • Party length: 2 hours of party + 30 minutes of set up before start time = 2.5 hours total
  • 7+ days notice required

    You are welcome to bring food & beverages. Special pieces? Sure thing! We will order something custom for your group, just give us two weeks to make sure it’s here in time.

     

    Terms and Conditions:

    • To reserve your party on our calendar, we require a $100 deposit and no less than 7 days notice.
    • If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to your event, the deposit is not refunded.

     

Example of party cost:
 Deposit         +       Cost of Bisque          +         15% Gratuity         =    Final Cost
   $100               $290 (10 pieces x $29)          $43.80 ($290 x .15)          $433.80    

 

For parties with more than 13 guests, we require the entire studio be rented. All details for an entire studio rental are the same as other parties except for the deposit; the entire studio rental deposit is $300.

 

What if I’m not covering the entire bill?
If you have a group that is meeting to celebrate a birthday but you will not be paying for the entire group, consider making a reservation instead. We can take reservations for groups of up to 12 people without a deposit; this will ensure you are seated together. Each painter will be responsible for his/her own $8 studio fee + the cost of the bisque (pottery) selected and gratuity will not be added because a staff member is not dedicated to your group. 
 
If you make a reservation, your table is guaranteed for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If your entire party is not present within 15 minutes of the reservation time, you forfeit the table to other guests.
