The Kids Party Package – $100 deposit

Includes: 

• dedicated staff member to serve as party facilitator 
• keepsake plate for the birthday child
• FREE VIP pass for the birthday child

Kids’ Birthday Parties at-a-glance:

• 8-12 painters
  If there are not at least 8 painters, the party host will pay for eight bisque items.
  
  
• $100 deposit covers up to 12 painters’ studio fees (all paint needed, techniques, glazing, & firing)
  
  
• 15% gratuity (based on cost of bisque) is added to the final party bill
  
  
• Includes: a dedicated staff member to assist with the party, commemorative plate with “happy birthday” message and is signed by all guests, and a VIP kids card good for free studio fees and 10% for the next year.
  
  
• Party host arrives at least 30 minutes prior to party start time to select bisque pieces and set up any decorations. The selected bisque will be the only items offered to the birthday guests to control the cost of your party. If a child wishes to paint something different, that child’s parent can elect to pay for a different piece of pottery.
  
  
• Outside food is allowed
  
  
• Party length: 1.5 hours of party + 30 minutes of set up before start time = 2 hours total
  
  
• 7+ days notice required

Terms and Conditions:

• $100 is non refundable unless party is canceled at least 7 days prior to event
• Adults staying for the party must have a seat. There is no room for adults to stand.
• Party Host must collect entire party’s finished pieces when ready for pick up. It is the host’s responsibility to distribute the finished pieces to their guests.
